- Café Sativa West, located in Los Angeles, California (“West” location)
- Café Sativa East, located in Brevard, Florida (“East” location)

All products comply with applicable federal laws, including the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill), which legalized hemp-derived products with no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using these products is legal in your jurisdiction.
Fulfillment and Entity Responsibility
Orders placed on this Site will be fulfilled by either:
- Café Sativa West if shipping to Western U.S. regions, or
- Café Sativa East if shipping to Eastern U.S. regions,
based on product availability, shipping logistics, and your shipping address.
Each entity is independently responsible for the products it fulfills, including order handling, customer support, and compliance with applicable state laws.

By using this Site, you consent that any disputes related to orders fulfilled by Café Sativa West shall be resolved under the laws and in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and any disputes related to orders fulfilled by Café Sativa East shall be resolved under the laws and in the courts of Brevard, Florida.
